Origins, extraction and strength
The whole Maitake can be found growing on the bases of old oak trees or it can be bought dried and cooked into a delicious meal as its texture resembles meat. Although, for optimal effectiveness, a precise extraction is essential. We use clean and strong Maitake grown in optimized culture media consisting of cottonseed hulls and bran.
How to use
Our products are potent so it is best to start out with one sachet a day. In some rare cases even 1/4 - 1/2 of a sachet is enough to get started with if one needs to test the suitability. You can simply replace your morning coffee or tea with FSF Instants or mix a sachet in with them. FSF Instants can be used constantly and there is no need to have breaks or usage cycles.
