What is Raw chocolate?
Raw chocolate means that it is not heated above 42°C, the point at which nutrients start to die. Hence all the anti-oxidants, enzymes and nutrients of the cacao remain intact. In addition, compared to most commercial chocolate, there is no sugar, milk, saturated, hydrogenated fats and flavourings in raw chocolate.
